Microsoft India’s New Noida Office Is Inspired By Taj Mahal & A True Visual Treat!

The employees of Microsoft India’s office are sure in for a big treat. The company has launched its new IDC (India Development Centre) facility at Noida. The new workspace which is spread across the top 3 floors of a 6-storey building in Noida is an amalgamation of our country’s historical culture and corporate values.

As per their official website, the workspace’s architecture is inspired by the Taj Mahal with its “marble inlays, vaulted doorways, arches, and marble domes created by stonemasons and carpenters”. I have to say, the ivory white jaali work is really stunning!

As per a report in Business Today, Microsoft IDC’s managing director Rajiv Kumar said, “I think working at an office is going to be a more beautiful experience than in the past because employees will have a choice. They can work from the comfort of home, or they can come to the office and work in a world-class environment where they can collaborate, build social capital, and forge a bond among themselves. I really believe that.”
