In 2020, we witnessed the passing away of many people who were nothing but legends in their fields. The deaths of Irrfan Khan, Rishi Kapoor, Saroj Khan, and the most recent ‘MDH Uncle’ Mahashay Dharampal Gulati left the nation disheartened. The 97-year-old masala king died on December 3 after suffering a cardiac arrest.
In his memory, a touching video of Mahashay Dharampal Gulati singing ‘Bharat Ka Rehnewala Hoon’ and clapping his hands along with others during his time at a hospital in 2019 is going viral.
While many have confused the video as having been shot in his last moments, the footage is actually from September-October 2019 when Mahashay Dharampal Gulati was admitted to the hospital after having suffered a fall, reports Times Now.
