Heartwarming Photo Of MBA Graduate Riding Parents Home In Rickshaw After Convocation Goes Viral

Graduating from college is a pretty big milestone in our lives. And to be frank, more than us, it’s a big day for our parents. Not only is it the day years of struggle and prayers finally bear fruit, but it’s also a promise that our futures will be secure. And so, tonnes of photos are taken, happy tears are shed and hugs are given out to pretty much everyone.

When Wali Ullah graduated with an MBA in Accountancy & Information Systems from the University of Dhaka in Bangladesh, knew he owed it all to his parents. And he found a special way to thank them.

Returning from his convocation ceremony, Wali rode his mother and father in a rickshaw. What made it even special is how he made his father wear his convocation gown, while his mother wore his black square academic cap.

And he had a motive behind doing so. Sharing this heartwarming image on Facebook, the MBA graduate wrote:

“My mother is the crown of my life, that’s why the convocation cap is for her.

My father protected me from all harms throughout my life, that’s why the convocation gown suits best in the sweat-soaked body of my farmer father.”

His post touched the hearts of everyone who came across it. So much so, that since being posted on 4th October, it has gathered over 59k likes and has been shared almost 15,000 times:
