From playing the ‘Wolf of the Wall Street’ to becoming a college professor at his Alma-mater, Hollywood royalty Matthew McConaughey has come a long glorious way. But, hey! We aren’t complaining.
Like winning the Oscar wasn’t enough, the ‘Interstellar’ star recently took up another job of a guardian when he got behind the wheels of a golf cart and gave students of the University of Texas a lift home.
The drive was part of a part of University’s SURE (Students United for Rape Elimination) Walk program, which offers free rides to students heading home after a late night.
The proud university later took to Facebook to share their joy and gratitude towards McConaughey. Read the post here.
Longhorns take care of each other, and it’s ‘safe’ to say Matthew McConaughey agrees. Don’t forget to use SURE Walk when travelling home late at night; you never know who might pick you up! #BeSafe #SafeChats
Isn’t that the greatest act of goodwill!? However, I’m sure the unsuspecting students mustn’t have slept all night!
