However, moving away from the cliche, things turned out to be memorable for a gay couple who got the chance to live their dream proposal during The Butterfly Returns concert in Los Angeles.
American pop sensation Mariah Carey, stopped her concert midway, to give a dancer from her team, the surprise of his life. While the dancer knew that his long-time lover is watching the show, he had no idea about the proposal that followed.
It was a secret plan that was carried out by the dancer’s partner along with Mariah. The footage shows, Mariah, moving backward to allow the couple to enjoy the limelight and showcase the epic moment.
Mariah went on to share the clip from her official Twitter handle. She garnered immense praise from the Tweeple for playing the cupid and showing her constant support to the LGBT community.
