Travelling via public transport in Delhi is quite an adventure. From amusing street performers to unexpected events in the metro, you never know what you’ll witness on your daily commute. Recently, a fight between three middle-aged uncles added another chapter to the collection of viral Delhi metro stories.
Imagine this: you are patiently waiting in line at the Delhi metro to buy your token. Suddenly, two middle-aged uncles in the queue start bickering. The argument escalates and before anyone can blink, they start slapping each other.
The commotion attracts the attention of other commuters and one brave uncle decides to step in and calm things down. However, in a major plot twist, one of the uncles redirects his fury and slaps the poor uncle trying to intervene and stop the fight. This is exactly what happened at the Delhi metro, a video of which has gone viral.
Here’s the uncle in the blue shirt who got slapped, just because he was trying to stop the fight!

Several people extended their hearts to the uncle who tried to stop the fight and felt immensely bad for him. Here’s how they reacted:
Blue shirt uncle is the reason why people dont intervene in fights to calm them down. Uncle proved it in just one video why we shouldn’t intervene 🤣

This incident is a prime example of why many people hesitate to intervene in public altercations. While it’s commendable to try and stop a fight, the risk of becoming collateral damage is very real!
