Karma is the best payback. And when it hits you instantly, it’s like “You just got burned!” We’ve always been taught that doing good deeds for people and nature will fetch us good karma in return. Well, the same goes for bad deeds and it’s exactly what one misfortunate man experienced.
In a case of ‘environmental crime’, a man in Spain filmed a video of himself as he threw a refrigerator down the cliff. He was seen making fun of recycling in the video which soon went viral on social media within no time. The man is heard saying, “Recycling, let’s go, recycle it,” in Spanish in the video.

So, the Spanish authorities identified the man in the video and took him back to the spot in Almeria region where the video was shot. The officials made him haul the fridge from the ravine all the way back to the top!
The Spanish police also shared the first video of the man along with another video of him dragging the fridge back up.

Apart from this, he was also fined 45,000 euros (Rs 52 lakh), reports ABC News. He was also ordered to dispose it off and ‘recycle’ the fridge correctly. Now that’s what literally defines the phrase ‘karma hits back’!
