We all talk about “falling in love” but a man in Michigan took it literally in a funny proposal video that has surfaced online.
The man named Logan Jackson was at Lake Michigan with his girlfriend Maria Gugliotta and he was right on the verge of popping the question to her. Unfortunately, he ended up stumbling, tripped, and finally fell right into the water. All this, right in front of his partner.
Maria posted the video on her Facebook page. She captioned it as “He fell so hard he popped up with a ring!!! I’m so excited but first I have to stop laughing“. It soon went viral. Check it out below:-

In the video clip, we can see the scene of what was supposed to be a beautiful, flawless proposal turn into a comical situation for both of them.
The groom-to-be is first seen walking towards her with what presumably is the ring hidden in his pocket. As he was making way to the water, he seems to have stepped on some sludgy algae or seaweed and toppled right over and fell straight into the water.
As Maria went over to him to see if he’s okay, he didn’t let the unfortunate fall stop him. Undeterred, he got on one knee and whipped out the ring to ask for her hand. Not letting the clumsy moment change her mind, she said yes without second-guessing.
The video ends happily with her planting a kiss on his cheek as the people nearby cheer and celebrate the moment.
