Man Thanks Boss For Employee Of The Month Honour, Sis Reveals He’s The ONLY Employee!

It never hurt anyone to give yourself a little pat on the back without waiting for anyone else to do it for you. A little self-appreciation could take you a long way… if it doesn’t evolve into mild self-obsession that is. A man named Jonathan went viral for becoming the ‘Employee of the Month’ at his workplace lately. While that seems like a normal feat, his story is far from it.

Jonathan ‘works’ at a company based in Tennessee, USA. The company posted an announcement on it’s Facebook page, congratulating Jonathan for becoming the ‘Employee of the Month’. They also announced that he’d won an all-expense paid trip to Arkansas for his hard work.

Sounds like a dreamy workplace, right? (wait for it!)

As a reply to this post, Jonathan thanked his ’employers’ saying, ‘I’m thankful to have a great boss!’

All of this sounds completely normal. Well that is until the sister of the ‘Employee of the Month’, Madi Warrington, made a surprising revelation about her brother’s achievement!

She took the picture of her brother’s response the company’s post, and shared it with the caption, “This is my brother’s page. He owns his own company. He IS the boss. He’s literally the only employee.”

His sister’s tweet calling out her brother’s bluff went viral and people were delighted by the man’s technique for self-appreciation. Some users who were self-employed even said that they’d be taking notes on self-love from this.
