We have come across many bizarre food combinations, from ‘grape pizza’ to ‘popcorn salad’ made with carrots, peas, sugar, and mayonnaise. And yet again, another unusual food combination has come to the forefront.
It’s none other than ‘Maggi laddus’! There are many recipes of it available online with sweet and spicy variations. This one is made with crushed jaggery laddu mixed with butter and elaichi powder in a pan. Finally, the crushed Maggi noodles are also added to the pan, and later balls are made out of the concoction.
This pakora-style, crispy version is served with sauce. It involves mixing boiled Maggi with chopped capsicum, cheese cube, red chili powder, bread crumbs, oregano, and chili flakes. Make balls after rolling into the flour and fry to complete.
