“Lo aa gai Lohri ve, ohoo..”
Yes, I am this excited about the harvest festival that is predominantly celebrated in the Northern part of India. This time around, harvest festivals are celebrated across the country by different names namely Makar Sankranti, Pongal, Bihu, Uttarayan, among others.
And like us, Bollywood celebs also planned on celebrating the first festival of the new year with all the fervor. Giving us a glimpse of how they celebrated Lohri last night, some of them also posted pictures on their social media accounts.
‘Baazigar’ actor Shilpa Shetty who married Punjabi businessman Raj Kundra celebrated Lohri with her baby girl.
It was then time to relish on the yummy laddoos and prasad. Her sister, actor Shamita Shetty was also seen enjoying with her.

‘Yaariyan’ fame Rakul Preet Singh also prayed to the sacred bonfire.

Taapsee Pannu was spotted sitting around the bonfire as she wished her fans.
Yesterday, Kangana Ranaut reminisced the time when she would sing Lohri in Himachal on this day. She also tweeted a couple of pictures from her childhood.
