Remember when Forbes bestowed the ‘youngest-ever self-made billionaire’ title on Kylie Jenner? That was in March 2019 and people objected to the ‘self-made’ tag as the cosmetics company owner was a member of the wealthy and famous Kardashian clan.
According to Business Insider, the magazine has now revoked the 22-year-old’s title of billionaire saying her net worth is “just under $900m”. BBC further adds that she has been accused of inflating the value of her business.

Forbes has recalculated her personal fortune suggesting,
“The business was never that big, to begin with, and the Jenners have lied about it every year since 2016—including having their accountant draft tax returns with false numbers—to help juice Forbes’ estimates of Kylie’s earnings and net worth. While we can’t prove that those documents were fake (though it’s likely), it’s clear that Kylie’s camp has been lying.”

The woman herself has denied the “inaccurate statements and unproven assumptions” in the story titled “Inside Kylie Jenner’s Web of Lies- and Why She’s No Longer A Billionaire”.
