The Indian cricket team skipper Virat Kohli turned 31 today. The Indian batsman has been receiving loads of well-wishes from his fans across the world. And amidst the love that he has been receiving since morning, he decided to give his younger self lessons for a lifetime.
Kohli took to social media and shared a handwritten note that he has penned down for his 15-year-old self, ‘Chiku.’ “My journey and life’s lessons explained to a 15-year old me. Well, I tried my best writing this down. Do give it a read. #NoteToSelf,” Kohli captioned.

He ends the letter by saying ‘follow your heart.’ “Finally, just follow your heart, chase your dreams, be kind and show the world how dreaming big makes all the difference.”
Here’s his entire letter:

The cricketing star who made it to the ‘Instagram Rich List 2019’ has been away from the field while India is playing against Bangladesh in the ongoing three-match T20I series, led by opener Rohit Sharma. However, we would soon see him killing it on the field in the next match of the T20I series.
Wishing you a very happy birthday, Virat.
