Kartik Aryan dominated headlines yesterday as news of him getting fired from ‘Dostana 2’ was being circulated. According to NDTV, it was alleged that Kartik was fired from the film after 20 days of shooting due to “unprofessional behavior”. The film was also to feature Janhvi Kapoor and TV actor Lakshya.

NDTV quoted a source from Dharma Productions saying:
“Yes, it’s true that this project won’t have Kartik Aaryan anymore. I can’t tell you all the reasons but yes, it’s not been a pleasant experience so far, that’s all I can say. It has never happened in the history of Dharma Productions that an actor who has shot a film has been dropped.”
