This lockdown period has certainly been a boon for Bollywood fans as various celebrities are now finding ample time to reconnect and engage with their fans on social media. One such example is that of megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who has been occupied on social media; from sharing a throwback of his London trip which led to his marriage to blogging about facing vision issues.
On June 3rd, he took to Instagram to pen down a thoughtful, handwritten note asking his followers to “bring back handwriting”. He explained the benefits of doing so in his post as well. The note read, “Writing by hand promotes learning and cognitive development in ways keyboard writing can’t match. Bring back handwriting. It’s good for your brain.”
Actress Preity Zinta also agreed with the senior actor and chimed in saying “Well said Amitji, I still write everything down on a pen and paper. It’s the only way for me to learn.”, reports HT.
While a lot of his other fans also admired his thoughts, Kartik Aaryan changed the pensive tone with his hilarious comment. He joked, “Main Doctor family se hoon sir. Meri handwriting dekh ke shayad aap aisa nahi bologe.”
The reply has since garnered a lot of likes and seems to be cracking everyone up. While the senior actor hasn’t replied to the comment, we wonder what he really thought of it. What do you guys think?
