The latest episode of ‘Koffee With Karan’ season 7 featured Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Akshay Kumar. And considering that Samantha recently separated from her ex-husband Naga Chaitanya and was very vocal about it, it was a given that Karan would bring it up and squeeze as much information he could for his show.
However, what was deeply uncomfortable to see was Karan Johar questioning Samantha about her divorce and then straight going on to asking Akshay Kumar about his “successful marriage” with Twinkle Khanna.
It’s like someone bragging about their health in front of a terminally ill patient.
And people online found it highly insensitive and called KJo out for it. Previously, Karan was also called out for bullying Sara Ali Khan on his show and showing his blatant favouritism towards Janhvi Kapoor.
