Karan Johar Was Caught Defecating In Open By A Guy, Filmmaker Reveals Embarrassing Moment

Admit it, all of us have come across situations in life which we would like to forget. You know what we are talking about, right? Yes, the embarrassing moments which make you feel like crawling into a hole. But don’t worry, you are not alone to have gone through one of those toe-curling awkward moments. We have Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar in the gang!

According to DNA, in a recent interview with Film Companion, Karan Johar opened up on the most embarrassing moment of his life.

Talking about the same, KJo revealed that the incident he would like to forget is the one when he was caught defecating in the open by a man! According to the director, the incident roots back to sometime in 2000 when he was shooting in Egypt for the song ‘Suraj Hua Madham’ from his film Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham.

“So, I got the loosies one day in the middle of Egypt, while we were shooting Sooraj Huya Madham (Kabhie Khushi Kabhie Gham). I got a bad loose motions attack. And we were in this location where there were these lime stone structures and I just had to go behind one of them.”

The 46-year-old went on to explain that he went a distance and had to go behind one of the limestones to answer the nature’s call. It was there where he saw a man, who also had loose motion, behind another limestone. They both looked at each other in squat positions but couldn’t do a thing about it as the attack was severe.

I went very far and there was this other person who was having the similar problem and he was behind another limestone. And, we both stared at each other, we both knew we were hiding. And it was the most embarrassing emotion. He stared at me and I stared at him and we were both in squat positions and I was like, ‘I am gonna die’ because he found the limestone, as did I, and we both thought we won’t tell anyone. But, it was a very bad attack that I had. I couldn’t help it. The vanity van was two kilometers away. Yeah, so. It’s called Far Fara dessert, where we shot that part. And it has my remains for life now.”

According to India.com, the man belongs to Dharma Productions and is still very much in the company.

“I have never looked at him in the same way after that experience and he is still very much in the company.”

Well, thank you Karan for being so brutally honest. We love you, anyway! <3
