Kangana Speaks Of Responsible Sex & Her Parents’ Shock On Realizing She’s Sexually Active

Kangana Ranaut likes to keep it real and is often seen on the receiving end of trolls and hatred for expressing her self with honestly. But the ‘Judgemental Hai Kya’ actress also doesn’t hesitate when it comes to speaking fearlessly about her personal life on a public platform, be it on twitter or in front of hundreds of people. Recently, the ‘Queen’ actress got candid about the time her parents found out she was sexually active and spoke about her not-so-magical first kiss.

Kangana recently attended the India Today Mind Rocks Youth Summit 2019 in New Delhi. In the event, she spoke about her first kiss, her first boyfriend, her journey in Bollywood and the #Metoo campaign.

When questioned about her first relationship, Kangana recalled she was around 17 when she dated a guy who was around 28.

“I was in Chandigarh. My friend was on a date, and I ended up with her date’s friend. He was a cute Punjabi guy. He looked at me and he was like, ‘you’re a kid’. He figured that I was too new in the game. I was heartbroken.”

Calling herself an obsessive lover, she said she used to message him saying, ‘give me a chance, I’ll grow up.’

Talking about her first kiss, Kangana revealed, it wasn’t magical but called it rather ‘messy’.

“My first kiss wasn’t magical at all, it was messy. My mouth froze and I couldn’t move. The boy even said, move your mouth a bit at least.”

She even said that as a teenager, she would practice kissing on her palms. Speaking of her first crush on her teacher in school, the actress reportedly said, “I was in the 9th standard, I had a crush on my teacher. At that time, the song, Chand Chhupa Badal Mein had released. So, I used that dupatta and hallucinated about him.”

The fearless actress feels parents should educate their kids about responsible sex rather than treating it as a taboo. Kangana further revealed that her parents were shocked when they discovered she was sexually active. She reportedly said in the interview:

“Sex is an important aspect of everyone’s life. When you want sex, just have it. Don’t be obsessed. There was a time when you were told to marry someone, and your emotions were directed towards that person.”

“In history, because of invasions, people’s ideas are still there, that our scriptures don’t allow sex. Parents should be happy with children having sex. Children should have responsible sex. My parents were shocked when they find out I was sexually active. Parents should encourage children to have safe sex.”
