India Thanks Medical, Transport & Delivery Workers During ‘Janta Curfew’, Watch Videos

COVID-19 has impacted all of our lives in some way or another. But it has been particularly difficult for those working in the healthcare sector. Doctors, nurses, and other medical workers are spending every waking hour at the hospital treating patients, not seeing their families for weeks to avoid the risk of infection and even losing their lives in the process.

In addition, cops, airport staff, people working in grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, employees of railways, public transportation, food delivery agents, cab drivers and those working in media are going to their workplaces because they don’t have the luxury of doing it from home.

This is why people from across the country came to their windows and balconies at 5 pm in solidarity with these superheroes providing essential services. Here are some of the videos showing appreciation and mass-applause.
