Karnataka Politician To Spend ₹500Cr On Daughter’s Wedding While India Faces Cash Crunch

Are you going ‘wait, whaattt?’ So are we. Yes, that’s the approx budget of Bellary King aka businessman-turned-Politician Gali Janardhan Reddy’s daughter Brahmani’s wedding on November 16. He is spending moolah like a river on his daughter’s nuptials which are extremely lavish and it is going to be a magnanimous affair.

The Pan Beeda costed only 20 lakhs, and Brahmani’s wedding saree costs 17 crores with jewellery being worth 90 crores. That’s not all, the venue is a re-created Hampi city at Bengaluru and the main ceremony will be performed at a replicated Purandara Mantapa temple.

And that’s not all. There’s a starry line-up, too. We hear, Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif, Prabhu Deva are to perform, and many celebrities and biggies from all walks of life are expected to be there.
