We have come across inspiring success of stories of various IAS officers throughout the country. From stories of visually-impaired IAS aspirants who cracked UPSC last year to a poor farmer’s son who passed college with grace marks and went on to become an IAS officer, this is all the motivation you need today!
Recently, IAS officer Chandni Charan took to Twitter to share a heartwarming snippet of her life. In the year 2016, she was stressed about her UPSC exam result and went for a walk with her then-boyfriend Arun Sudarsan. However, they didn’t realize that a photographer from a leading national daily snapped them walking in the rain together. The next day, she realized that she didn’t pass the exam, but her photo had appeared in the newspaper along with a bunch of other toppers. Her boyfriend called the paper and complained as well.
May 10, 2016.Results of Civil Service Exam 2015 was expected to be out & I was roaming with @mrarunsudarsan to not stress over it. I didn't make it. Next day newspapers were filled with pics of toppers & @timesofindia published this pic of us! Arun called ToI & complained (1/3) pic.twitter.com/mYaemtmm5t

She took it as a sign that she was destined to spend her life with Arun. Eventually, she cleared the UPSC examination and now belongs to the 2017 batch. She is currently posted as sub-divisional magistrate of Kanchanpur, North Tripura and also got married to Arun, the guy in the picture.
as we weren’t married then 😅.I took it as a sign that my photo was destined to be there in the paper filled with UPSC toppers and that I can happily walk towards any destination with someone holding an umbrella and looking out for me with love unbound when I take each step.(2/3)
