“Shah Rukh Khan Could Play Wolverine,” Says Hugh Jackman And We’ve Fingers Crossed Already

Admit it, Wolverine is a favourite, yours and mine. Amongst all the super (duper, if I may add) awesome  X-men mutants, Logan is the man of true mettle and metal (Adamantium, to be precise). In fact, not long ago, we hooted and rooted for Hugh Jackman who kicked ass in the trailer of ‘Logan‘ and the fact that he has been doing so for the past 17 years. But to be honest, we lost a little heart upon hearing that this would be it.

Although Hugh is hanging up his claws, he is almost ready to hand it over in the able hands of another kick-ass actor. Just take a guess!

 

Okay, I’ll tell you. In an interview with Rajeev Masand, Hugh admitted that he wouldn’t mind if somebody else were to pick up after him and that it could be Shah Rukh Khan. 

 

On being asked, if would be hard to see another actor play Logan, he said,

“I think I’ll be fine with it. I hope other people play it. Maybe Shah Rukh Khan could play it, you know.”

 

However, the honest actor admitted that he has certain expectations for whenever it happens; for a role that is so ‘great’. 

“I want it to be really great. But I don’t want it to be that much better than me. But if everyone’s like ‘thank god, now’, I might find that a little difficult (laughs)”.

OMG. Wonder what SRK has to say about that!
