‘Jadoo’ Happened In Our Lives 15 Years Ago, Hrithik Roshan Reminds Us With Heartwarming Note

It might seem just a few years ago, but it has been 15 years since the release of ‘Koi Mil Gaya’, the film, which won the hearts of a million. With Hrithik Roshan in the lead role, the film made us fall in love with the simplicity the exists in this ever-so-complex universe. From the three-wheeler scooter to the iconic ‘Jadoo’, the film had an everlasting effect on children and will forever be one of Bollywood’s favourite.

However, on the special occasion of the film, which proved the point of every child being a superhero, Hrithik Roshan took to social media to share a few words.

In a heartwarming post on Instagram, Hrithik mentioned that his character ‘Rohit’ helped him understand every bit he went through as a differently abled kid. He realized that it’s okay to have flaws and courage is far more important than strength.

“Rohit helped me understand every single thing I went thru as a boy with a stutter. And made me realize how everything that “is” was simply meant to be. He helped me understand that strength was not as important as courage. And that it was ok to have weaknesses. And that being ok with your weaknesses in itself was courage.”

There is absolutely no denying the fact that ‘Jadoo’ not only had an impact on Rohit’s life but every one of us. We as kids started to believe that one day someone will come as an angel in our lives and put everything right. Hrithik says exactly the same in his post. Don’t worry, everything’s gonna be okay.

“15 years ago jaadu happened in the theaters and another jaadu in my own life. So keep going. Others have said this before, I’m saying it now and you will say it one day looking back at the things that didn’t make sense. It’s all going to work out. I promise.”

The post also had a video attached to it which is a compilation of the top moments from the 2003 superhit. Here is the full note by Hrithik.

Koi mil gaya gave birth to Krrish, and in a weird way playing Rohit gave birth to a newfound strength in myself.

And that being ok with your weaknesses in itself was courage.Another beautiful thing he taught me is never to assume what other people are thinking. He never did. Never tried to mind read others like we do so often in this age of sms and whatsapp. Rohit took things at face value or based on evidence.
A good tip for today’s gen who should know that u can never really communicate the tone while typing the words. Today relationships are sometimes at the mercy of how the typed sentence is interpreted.

The note from Hrithik just touched my heart like the film did 15 years ago. What about you?
