For some, matrimonial sites have turned into matchmakers and for others, it didn’t work very well. Having said that, there are certain rules that need to be followed when on such sites.
This boss lady also put matrimonial sites to her advantage and even found herself a candidate, but not to get into wedlock with him.
Even though Twitter user Udita Pal, the co-founder of Salt.Pe, dropped down on a matrimonial site looking for her partner, she instead found a candidate perfectly suited for a job role in her company.
When her dad found out that she was employing the man instead of going on a date with him, he appeared on her WhatsApp chat and reprimanded her in his desi style.
But despite her dad’s lecture, she was certain he was a perfect fit for the job and was interested in hiring him.

Two hours after this conversation between the dad and daughter blew up on social media, Pal updated saying that she couldn’t afford to hire the shortlisted candidate.
