According to a report by India Today, Manali has hit -0.6 degree Celsius and has turned into a beautiful snowy landscape. The Solang ski slopes have been covered by snow and so is Kufri and Narkanda in Shimla district. Even Dharamsala and Palampur have received fresh snow. Tourists are lucky to be there in this time of the year and without a doubt, they are enjoying a treat to the eyes.
