For those of us who are scared of heights and flying, an hour in the airplane can be very difficult. Between not wanting to puke to feeling your head get lighter, the struggle is real. And for the rest, it’s either the lack of leg space or a crying baby that has them complain the entire while.
But this girl seems to have aced her flight and has left netizens to twitch and shudder at the sight!
Recently, a quite (read: mindboggling) flexible gymnast posted a video on her Instagram where she is seen bending, twisting, and moulding her body in different positions, all the while sitting on an airplane seat!
According to sources, the 25-year old Stefanie Millinger was en route to Poland when she felt like having a little in-flight workout!
She stands on the seat in an extreme backbend, then lowers her head to rest on the seat. She then buckles the seatbelt around her body and grabs her ankles from the front, looking at which gives me a head-rush!

Another Instagram handle which goes by the name @PassengerShaming also posted the video with a witty yet important caption about flight safety:
“PRO TRAVEL TIP: Wear your seatbelt on the plane! If this lovely girl can maneuver (sic) her body into one, I think you can too. We don’t want you injured, folks. The crew is your friend. #notshaming #shesadorable.”

If you are feeling really uncomfortable and simultaneously incompetent by your own lack of flexibility (or any ability in my case), there are others who also felt the same!
Even though this may seem like a good way to save some space for yourself, please don’t try this on a plane!
