Ranveer & Alia Starrer ‘Gully Boy’ Teaser Is Out And We’re Loving The ‘Asli Hip Hop’

Ranveer Singh fans are in for a real treat today. We’re no strangers to his acting talent but did you know he’s also singing in his upcoming movie ‘Gully Boy’? Yes, it’s true. The film has been directed by Zoya Akhtar and stars Alia Bhatt and Kalki Koechlin too.

It is believed to be inspired by the life of rapper Divine. Ranveer Singh is playing a Mumbai rapper named Murad. The role of his love interest Safina is essayed by Alia Bhatt.

There’s still not much said about Kalki’s role in the movie. But we do know that Beatboxers D-Cypher and BeatRAW were roped in for #AsliHipHop. Guess we’ll just have to wait for the trailer to release on January 9, 2019, for more information.

The much-awaited film will hit the theatres on February 14, 2019. The makers will be screening it at the Berlin International Film Festival too.
