I am totally in for fusion cuisine. With people exchanging their culinary experience and desi nuskhaaz, we have been exposed to several dishes that have today become our go-to, eg: Indian Chinese food.
And with time, people have moved on from ‘Ferrero Rocher Manchurian‘ to ‘Gulab Jamun Cheesecake’. Well, for those who haven’t seen or hogged on this desi-meets-videshi dessert then here it is.
A Twitter user recently graced us with droolworthy pictures of her ‘Gulab Jamun Cheesecake’. The chaashni-soaked mawa balls artistically sandwiched between a creamy topping and crunchy crust is a ‘slice of heaven’ for every dessert lover.
