Groom’s Dad Allegedly Elopes With Bride’s Mom Days Before Their Children’s Wedding In Surat

The flirting between Samdhi Ji and Samdhan Ji at Indian weddings has been in vogue ever since Reema Lagoo and Alok Nath exchanged smiles and blushes in ‘Hum Aapke Hai Koun…!’ But you see, that was healthy flirting and no one ever imagined that a hardcore romance can actually brew between a Samdhi and Samdhan until now.

The incident has come to light in Surat, Gujarat. The bride and groom, who got engaged a year back were prepping up for their D-day. The couple was set to tie the knot in the second week of February. But recently, his father, who is also a member of a political party went missing from January 10. The bride’s mother too went missing around the same time, reports Mid-day.

Both of them reportedly knew each other from a young age. They were neighbors when they were young and lived in the Katargam area.

“They knew each other since they lived in the same society. Some of their close friends informed us, after they eloped, that they had a relationship in the past, too. However, the bride’s mother got engaged with her current husband in Navsari,” a relative of both families told TOI.

The bride’s mother was married off to a Diamond artisan who later became a broker. The groom’s father is a businessman and property dealer.

Both the families suspect that the groom’s father and the bride’s mother have eloped putting their families in an extremely embarrassing situation. The couple has also called off their wedding.

Looks like parents were inspired by B Praak’s latest song ‘Filhal’ and could not hold back their feelings for each other so they decided to give their love a new chance.
