So imagine what it was like for this woman when her boyfriend crashed her wedding and had a brawl with her husband!
Every bride secretly wants her would-be to surprise her at their wedding. But Alex Bravata received a massive shocker at her wedding when her husband slammed her “ex” through a table in front of their friends and family!
However, there is an interesting story behind this tale.
The groom, Nick Boulanger, and the bride, Alex, are both huge fans of WWE. The two wanted their wedding to have a “lasting impression” on their guests. And they decided that an “old fashioned wrestling showdown” would be the best way to do it!
The groom’s friends got him in touch with Austin-based wrestler Steve Patin, and the two began to work on a secret script for the post-wedding celebrations.
The two guys came up with a script where Patin would play the bride’s “jilted” ex-boyfriend who would crash the wedding to steal her back.
The groom, Nick, would then come to her rescue and literally choke-slam the jealous ex through a table on the dance floor.
“To do that in front of all the people that we love, at our wedding, and just seeing the table explode like that — it was just so awesome,” said the groom.
