As part of his cookery show, celebrity chef Jamie Oliver taught his viewers to make a Speedy Sausage Pizza with grapes, India Today reports. “So, let me show you a new flavor combination on a beautiful pizza that will definitely put a smile on your face,” he said.
He starts by preparing the dough and putting it to rest. He then tosses sausages in a pan and fries them until they’re golden. Next, he adds rosemary leaves, onions with a pinch of salt, and pepper in a tablespoon of oil. Over the dough, he spreads tomato paste and sprinkles sausage balls and the previously prepared onion dressing. And then he comes to the grapes topping…

He tosses the grapes into the pan for one minute and layers them on top of the pizza with pine nuts and mozzarella cheese, before finally putting the pizza to bake. After demonstrating the pizza recipe, he even serves it to his family. Check out the video below:

He even shared a poll on his Twitter account asking people whether they would prefer grapes on a pizza or not. While 17% of the people seemed positively curious and voted for the ‘Totally!’ option, the other 65% were apparently not too keen on the combination.
