I can barely take care of myself. How on earth does society expect me to produce a baby and take care of it? What if the baby turns out to be a wild child? What if the baby decides to poop all around the house on a day when I’m swamped with work? How do mothers around the world do it? Aren’t they ever tired of mommy-ing? These are some of the many questions that pop in my mind when a neighbourhood aunty shoots me with questions like “shaadi ke baad baccho ka kya plan hai?”
Speaking of moms being tired of mommy-ing, one little girl said she doesn’t want to be a ‘mommy’ anymore because her ‘baby’ doesn’t listen, reports The Indian Express.
2-year-old Sanaa’s mother spotted upset and her facing away from her favourite doll. When she asked her what the matter was, she said she didn’t want to be a mother anymore because her baby (the doll) didn’t listen to her. The woman took to Twitter to post pictures of baby Sanaa and narrate what had happened.
