After all the long hours we have spent sleeping, lazying around on our couches, eating homemade pizzas, banana bread, and drinking Dalgona coffee, I’m sure many of us will have a tough time bouncing back to a healthy life once the pandemic subsides! But in case you have been looking for some fitness motivation, I’ve got the perfect post for you!
80-year-old former Chief Minister of Gujarat Shankersinh Vaghela recently took to Twitter to post pictures of his workout where he is seen brisk walking and lifting weights and my oh my, does the man look fit!
I mean, he is 80 YEARS OLD!
And you know what’s even more fascinating? Shankersinh Vaghela recently recovered from COVID-19. According to India Today, he was admitted to the Sterling Hospital in Ahmedabad on June 28 where he battled the virus for a week. After his recovery, he returned to his residence in Gandhinagar.
