14 Celebrities You Should Stalk If You Want Inspiration To Get Fitter And Stronger

Starting a fitness regimen is pretty easy.

But staying fit is hard. Very hard.

We are extremely familiar with that feeling of laziness and “jaane de” just before we are supposed to work out. We all also know that enticing feeling when we see junk food, even though it is not really cheat day.

Not all of us are that strong, but we can take inspiration from each other and from people who are dedicated to keeping themselves fit.

Let’s take a look at some of the most inspirational famous people and stick to our gym schedules.

1. Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson enjoys food as much as he enjoys working out.

He has been named the sexiest man on the planet. Also, he is one of the few WWE stars who transitioned into a successful Hollywood career. He attributes this to his disciplined workout schedule which includes waking up at 4 AM every day.

He eats 7 meals a day and does not waste a single second while working out – only 100% focus. He treats himself to good food once in a while too. But he never, ever skips his training.

2. Milind Soman made the transition from chain smoking to running full marathons between cities

Milind Soman used to smoke up to 30 cigarettes a day, and then one day he just quit after he realized that he was in pathetic shape. He was a national level swimmer when he was a teen, but he gave that up to become a supermodel.

He took up running, ate healthy, and gave fitness a spiritual angle in his life. Today he runs barefoot across cities, and looks like he’s just 30, and not 50 years old.

3. Gwyneth Paltrow loves to eat and compensates eating more with more running. Simple!

Gwyneth loves mixing up her workout routines. She adds that extra workout after every session to get the results she wants. She also thinks that the snacks we have between meals is what decides our health and weight and that is why she keeps an eye on controlling that.

Apart from these, she loves indulging in food and cooks all her food too!

4. Akshay Kumar is our inspiration to be an epitome of fitness in a completely desi way!

Akshay Kumar has always been a fitness freak. He was a black belt in Taekwondo and learned Muay Thai way before he made his entry into Bollywood.

He has never taken tea and coffee in his life and gets up early in the morning  and requires early. There is no partying or alcohol for him. He doesn’t workout with weights and doesn’t employ a trainer.

Impressive!

5. Jason Statham does not work out for more than 35 minutes and “doesn’t give a fuck about calories”

“I never gave a fuck about a calorie. An apple? It’s good for me. I’d have five. Bananas? Eat the lot.”

He never repeats a workout two days in a row. His workouts are very intensive. In his own words, his workouts are “fucking horrible, fucking nauseating, fucking murder, fucking nightmare, and fucking priceless.”

No wonder he looks fitter than the fittest 20-year-olds out there.

6. Jennifer Aniston runs and works out every day to look exactly like she used to look 10 years ago

He loved the outdoors and manual labor since his youth and that’s what has kept him one of the macho men in the movie industry.

8. Tiger Shroff is the rare star who is both good-looking and strong and flexible at the same time

Tiger Shroff is a big fan of Bruce Lee and practices Wuhan and Taekwondo regularly. He eats clean and doesn’t smoke or drink. He started working out at the age of 15. He still prefers martial arts training and dancing rather than spending time in the gym to stay fit.

He loves green veggies and prefers eating food that is steamed. No wonder his skin glows.

'Lifting weights will make you look manly'I 'You're not a girly girl if you lift weights' 'I don't lift weights because I just want to 'tone up'' 'Girls should only do cardio, lifting is for guys' 'So what steroids are you on' 'That's way too much muscle.. For a woman' _____________________________________________ All of the above and so much more. I've heard it all. And not once because I actually cared enough to ask, 'hey, what do *you* think of *my* body?'. I never entered the gym because of what people said I 'should/ ought to/ must' look like. I went in there to get strong, to be active, to be healthy, to sweat = to feel better, and more ME. ____________________________________________ I can't remember the last time the thought of 'will this be attractive to so and so' crossed my mind in relation to myself – let alone to me lifting weight. It doesn't happen. I love me so much and that's all that matters, I am so happy (blame all the endorphins) doing what I do day in and out that all else is tuned out. This is something I've gotten better at accepting and allowing day by day. That's why you will always hear people say 'it's not just physical, it's so much more MENTAL' because to get to where you want to go, you have to look within and really be true to yourself and know that yes, this is what I'm about. This is what matters, this puts me in alignment and makes me a more joyful happy productive being. And guess what? You'll end up inspiring and encouraging and being that source for other people along the path too. I don't go around telling people they should eat healthier or lift or try to lose weight, you do you. I'll do me. If someone asks for help I will always do what I can, I recognise the quest – but you need to recognise whether the desire really is there in you or not. Why else do you think we don't see more people walking around with their Tupperware containers looking hench af? Because, if your hearts not in it, no matter how much you try – you'll never get there. Cold hard honest truth. Just like cold hard iron, work and discipline. Just wanted to share that with y'all fam. Do you 🙌🏽💛 #doyou #everyday #womenwholift #loa
