The way Elon Musk knows the workings of artificial intelligence is pretty fascinating. But the Space X and Tesla CEO also fears that people should be concerned about it. But that concern didn’t go down well with Mark Zuckerberg who called it “pretty irresponsible”.
In a LIVE interview, Mark was asked about his thoughts on Elon Musk’s AI fear and his thoughts on AI and how it could affect the world. Zuckerberg said,
“I have pretty strong opinions on this. I am optimistic. And I think people who are naysayers and try to drum up these doomsday scenarios — I just, I don’t understand it. It’s really negative and in some ways, I actually think it is pretty irresponsible. Because in the next five to ten years AI is going to deliver so many improvements in the quality of lives.”
Seeing this, a Twitter user had tagged Elon Musk in a news report which said Mark was slamming Musk. To that, the Space X man said how Mark has “limited knowledge” about AI.

If you thought it ended there. Then, might I add how Zuckerberg is taking pride in Facebook’s AI Research team’s win of the best paper award at the top computer vision conference in his post. He further reflected upon his optimism and said,

Looks like the ball is back again in Musk’s court.
AI’s magnitude and potential are vast and if Hollywood movies are anything to go by (which they shouldn’t be #JustSaying), AI turning on human race is a pretty legit fear. AI sure has its pros and sure has cons, but do we humans know where to draw the technological advancement line?
