Scientists Try To Create The Face Of God & Apparently, It Looks A Lot Like Elon Musk

When you think about God, what do you see? While we as people, imagine the three letter word in several avatars, none of us can guarantee how he would look like in reality. However, a bunch of psychologists at the University of North Carolina seems to have an answer.

After carrying out a thorough study of the matter, the researchers came to a conclusion that people tend to picture god like themselves. And guess what? The end result says that God is white, young and clean cut almost like Elon Musk!

As a part of the research, 511 Americans — 330 men, 181 women, 26 percent black, 74 percent Caucasian were made to look through hundreds of pairs of faces.

Interestingly, the psychologists stated that Politics also has a significant role to play in people’s perception of god. While the conservatives visualised a more powerful-looking God, the liberals created a more loving image of the superpower.

 “Conservatives visualised a more powerful-looking God whereas liberals visualised a God who looked more loving.”

Speaking about the same in a synopsis posted on UNC Chapel Hill’s website, study’s lead author Joshua Conrad Jackson said,

“These biases might have stemmed from the type of societies that liberals and conservatives want.”
