Support Pours In For 80-YO Dadi In Amritsar Who Runs A Juice Stall To Sustain Herself

The one good thing that was born out of the lockdown was the #BabaKaDhaba movement. Hundreds of people online have been coming together to support local sellers, especially elderly people, so that they could earn a living.

Every once in a while, the good people on the internet prove that the movement is far from getting over. Recently, journalist Aarif Shah took to Twitter to share a video of an 80-year-old woman selling juice on the roadside. He wrote how she runs a stall in Amritsar and is struggling to get customers. Have a look:

The journalist requested people to visit her stall and make a purchase as her entire livelihood depends on it.

Soon, the post went viral. Several people online came forward to shower their support on the elderly lady. While some amplified the post, others vowed to visit her stall and help her.

We hope that people soon throng the elderly woman’s stall and she gets to see better days!
