The internet is littered with articles about “10 facts about the world that will make you go coo-coo” or “we have unlocked these secrets of the universe that even Galileo didn’t know about”. Ok, I might be exaggerating, but you get the gist.
However, I can bet my bottom Rs. 2000 note that none of those of online detectives told us that there are more than one way to draw an ‘X’.
Twitter user @SMASEY sent the internet into a tizzy with a simple question: which way do you draw an ‘X’?
General consensus is that Americans do 7 & 8 while UK does 5 & 6. Probably how we were taught. Not sure about other countries

Now, first of all, I don’t even remember somebody teaching me to draw an ‘X’. I just saw the symbol on a coloured text-book and practiced it until I arrived at something that resembled the figure. And secondly, how crazy does one have to be to do ‘1’ and ‘2’?
