It has been a tumultuous few years for our society. Women are finally speaking up against the inequality and patriarchy that has been deep-rooted in most of our cultures across the globe. With the onset of the Time’s Up movement, the fight against sexual harassment and assault is in full swing, and by the looks of it, it’s not going to stop anytime soon.
The world is standing up in support of the movement and the latest to join the league and make a powerful statement is one of the 7 wonders of the world, The Eiffel Tower.
Paris’ monument, Eiffel Tower, was lit with an important message to support women’s right on the eve of International Women’s Day 2018.

The words ‘Maintenant On Agit’ were written on the tower, which is the French equivalent of ‘Now We Act’. The message is a display of support and unity for the Time’s Up Movement.
It’s a movement started by the Women’s Foundation which is established to fight violence against women. French actresses have already joined hands in support of the movement. The pictures of the monument are breathtaking as always.

Until then, “Nolite Te Bastardes Carborundorum“ (Don’t let the bastards bring you down.)
