Dealing with unruly passengers and the tantrums that come along, can be one of the toughest situations faced by a flight crew. While such an instance can be extremely tricky for the team, a recent incident that took place on an Air India flight, crossed all limits of belligerency.
In a surprisingly outrageous episode, a woman created a dramatic scene on a London-bound Air India flight after the crew refused to serve her more alcohol. Apparently, the Irishwoman was already drunk to the core which prompted the crew to deny her request.
It all started with the flight’s cabin crew informing the commander that the passenger sitting in the business class has gotten too high. Noticing the state of the woman, the commander instructed the crew to stop serving her liquor. The decision led to the woman losing her cool and start an abusive rant against the crew.

“I am a f**king international lawyer.” “Rich Indian f**king money grabbing b**tard.” “You f**king stupid c**t.”
“You treat business class passengers like this? I work for all you f**king people… But you won’t give me a glass of wine… You can’t give me a wee bottle of wine.”
If that wasn’t enough, what she did next was anything but sane. According to India Today, she was seen walking up to the flight’s pilot and spitting at him before hurling abuses at a woman crew member!

When the crew told her that they will inform the police when the flight lands, she charged back at them by saying that she is not scared. She even boasted of being an international rights lawyer who has helped Palestinian people.
“You think I am scared? All you have to do is give me a f**king drink but couldn’t do that could you?”
This is awful and disgusting, to be honest. It’s high time we treated people at our service as humans and give them the deserved respect. What a shame!
