Drunk Woman Refuses To Sit Next To Toddler On Plane, Abuses & Spits On Other Passengers

We meet all kinds of people on a plane. Working professionals in dapper suits, voracious readers with hardbacks, honeymooners and sometimes if we’re lucky, even celebrities. But there’s one kind of flier that everybody hopes they don’t find on their flight. People who create a ruckus and disrupt the flight.

Like this woman who was removed from the plane for her unruly behaviour owing to her inebriated state.

32-year-old Valerie Gonzalez boarded a JetBlue flight from Fort Lauderdale to Las Vegas on February 14. When she saw that she would be sitting next to a toddler, she got angry and said,

“I’m not sitting next to a f**king three-year-old, I’ve been drinking all day.”

Even after switching seats, she was unsatisfied and went on an abusive rant. The entire outburst was filmed by a fellow passenger and shared on Twitter.

Talking to someone on a video call she said,

“I didn’t do anything, I sat down in my seat. I asked to go somewhere else because they were being c***s.”

After that, she spat on the flier seated in front of her. When the flight crew asked her to deboard, she continued hurling abuses.

According to a report by CBS Miami, after being escorted out of the plane, she tried to get in again. When a crew member tried to block her path, she got violent. So much so that she had to be restrained and wheeled out of there by security personnel. She was later arrested on charges of battery and produced in court.

Let’s hope that we never have to bump into such fliers and their intoxicated outbursts.
