Ever since Donald Trump entered the White House, he has been everything but the President of the United States of America. He has been meme-d, reprimanded by a school teacher and been the source of countless blunders. But people still can’t get tired of him, and the gigantic incarnation of him in Italy is proof of that.
According to the Huffington Post, a humongous float that combined the face of Donald Trump and the “God-Emperor” character of the Warhammer 40K video games, was spotted at a parade in Italy. Fabrizio Galli, the creator of this monstrous product said,
“It’s a joke, but in fact, he’s trying to destroy nations with the economy instead of nuclear missiles. This is one of the strongest actions, let’s say, that powerful people like Trump can use.”
The description of the Donald Trump float on the official site of the parade stated:
Soon, more photographic proof of the existence of God Emperor Trump began to surface and it was undoubtedly epic.

The float “God Emperor Trump”, from Italy’s Carnival of Viareggio, which focuses on mocking politicians and the rich & powerful. As one pundit said, Warhammer Trump is a hoot. Note the sword with Tweet cross guards and his other hand with claws for grabbing money. pic.twitter.com/TvOTOb2CHS

Fabrizi said that the writing on the sword (which, by the way, represents his use of Twitter) means “here are your fucking tariffs”.
Netizens were taken by surprise and they reacted hilariously.

No matter what your political inclinations are, you have to admit that this is a creative way of criticising politicians. Because nuance, facts and logic toh kabb ka ghar chodke bhaag gaya hai. So, if Mr Galli wants to make a mashup of an Indian politician and, let’s say, Final Fantasy XV, he’s most welcome to do so.
