The uber popular TV show, Sasural Simar Ka gave the two leads more than just fame. It brought them closer to their ‘the ones’. Actors, Dipika Kakkar, who played Simar, and Shoaib Ibrahim, who played Prem, quickly had a major fan following shipping the on screen jodi. But reel life helped in real life as well when the couple actually decided to get married.
Their DDLJ themed pre wedding photoshoot was as filmy as it could get. Even their haldi ceremony was everything sunny, happy and bright rolled into one. Now the couple have tied the knot in Shoaib’s hometown, Bhopal.
