He runs the Surat and Mumbai-based Shree Ramkrishna Exports and has reportedly arranged for a special AC train, costing a whooping Rs 90 lakh and declared a 15 day holiday. One of Dholakia’s employees said,

“Our employer treats us like his own family members and travels with us.”

According to him, it is something of an yearly fixture organised by Dholakia, who is referred to as ‘Kakaji’ by his staff members.

What’s even better is that the group is engaging in some social work too and not just sightseeing. Manish Rajput, who is associated with the Swargashram Nagar panchayat in Rishikesh, said that the group cleaned an almost 500 metre-stretch from Ram Jhula to Ved Niketan Ashram on Thursday.

Not only is this a very generous initiation by Mr. Dholakia, it is raising awareness on the ‘Clean India Campaign’ as well. Bosses like him sure raise the bar for every employer.
