In a shocking incident, a cloudburst in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, has caused a massive flood which is washing away vehicles and causing severe damage to properties in the Bhagsu Nag area.

According to TOI, a nullah above Bhagsu Nag changed its course after the cloudburst. Due to this, water started gushing through a nearby parking area. 4 cars and several bikes have reportedly been washed away. Nearby hotels and Bhagsu Nag school has also suffered damages.

According to NDTV, the rapid pace at which the water was flowing transformed a brook in Bhagsu Nag, which is a tourist attraction, into “nothing short of a river”.

According to the Financial Express, two people have been missing in Kangra. The river Manjhi that flows near Dharamshala is overflowing, thereby damaging several huts and shops that were nearby.
