Hyderabadis Unite & Gift A Bike To Delivery Guy Who Cycled 9KM In 20 Mins To Deliver Hot Tea

Delivery agents work day and night, even during a global pandemic to bring us all the things we want and need. And many people have shown their compassion towards them in various ways. For instance, a toddler gave a surprise hug to a pizza delivery guy who was grieving his daughter, or how a delivery guy broke into a happy dance upon seeing snacks & drinks a family left him as a thank you gesture.

Now, in another incident from Hyderabad’s King Koti, a resident named Robin Mukesh who had placed a food order on Monday night was surprised to see that the delivery executive, 21-year-old Mohd Aqeel Ahmed came on a cycle, traveling 9 km in 20 minutes. He had been working as a delivery boy with the company for a year and had ridden around 9 km in 20 minutes, Times Now reports.

Sharing a Facebook post on the incident, Mukesh wrote, “My order was delivered in a lightning speed by Mohd Aqeel. He was in Mehdiputnam when my order was confirmed by Nilofar Lakdikapul and delivered in King Koti. He is pursuing his undergraduate in engineering. All this happened on his bicycle. If you happen to see him… please be generous with tip. Btw I ordered tea and it was super hot.” Check it out:

“With the money raised, we’ve booked a TVS XL bike for Aqeel. The bike cost us around Rs 65,000. The bike will be delivered to Aqeel in a day or two. We’re also going to buy him other requirements like a helmet and a raincoat. We’ve decided to give the extra amount from the fundraiser to him for his college fees,” Mukesh said.
