I once broke up with someone I was in a relationship with for over a year. Naturally, throughout the course of our relationship, we exchanged gifts on various occasions. Hence, after we parted ways, I wanted to get rid of all the gifts that he had given me because they reminded me of him. Problem was, I didn’t know how to get rid of them.
Do I just throw them away?Â
Do I give them to someone else?
Do I donate them?

I was scratching my head for ideas. And so was one 28-year-old woman who took to Reddit’s r/Delhi subreddit to ask for advice. She revealed that she was in a “situationship” (not too serious for a relationship, not too casual for a fling) with someone for three years and now they’ve broken up. She bought a bunch of stuff for the person including t-shirts, Airpods (WHAT?), a trekking jacket and personalised stationery.
“I ( f28) had bought a bunch of gifts for someone I was sort of in a situationship with for almost three years. However that ended and I want to seek advice on what to do with the stuff. I don’t want to give it to anyone I know because seeing it will be painful at the moment,” she wrote.

Forget genuine advice. People online raided the comment section with hilarious reactions – something which is making me laugh constantly! Have a look:
