While some regions in Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, and Northern Sikkim are covered in a blanket of white snow, Delhi and the National Capital Region is experiencing winter rains for the past 3-4 days. According to The Times of India, residents of South Delhi and Gurugram woke up to a hailstorm at around 7 am this morning. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that the maximum and minimum temperatures would be 22 and 12 degrees Celsius today.
