Let me start with a cliché: You wanna know what real happiness looks like? Just look at Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone. But only because it really is true. That glow of wedded bliss on DeepVeer’s faces is so evident that you can’t help but believe in fairytale weddings and happily ever afters!
The couple held their second reception last night, in Grand Hyatt Mumbai, and as is their custom, released official portraits of their looks for the night! And of course, everyone collectively forgot to breathe!
Photographer Errikos Andreou is definitely a magician but, I can surely tell you that whole vibe that makes you want to die with joy or get married yourself is all DeepVeer!
While Ranveer wore a Rohit Bal creation and made our hearts flutter, Deepika stunned in a beautiful Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla creation. Together, DeepVeer was royalty personified!
The couple happily posed for the media, and the paps did a splendid job of capturing some truly adorable moments between DeepVeer!

Oh no wait, scratch that! Deepika teasing Ranveer in this picture is the cutest!
I think we defo need to talk more about DP’s look for the evening because what a stunner! Her outfit, the sindoor, the chooda… all coupled with a dewy makeup and her bridal glow just proved what her husband said during their wedding party: He married the most beautiful girl in the world!
The couple received a giant bouquet with their initials on it from the media, which they graciously accepted.
Awww look at Ranveer, not sparing any moment to show DP how much he loves her!
I think my favourite moment from their media interaction has to be this one, where the photographers kept calling Deepika ‘bhabhiji’, and Ranveer laughed so heartily!
It was just so beautiful that the Ranveer fangirl in me cried a little to watch him this happy!

This reception was for the couple’s friends, editors of media publications, and so on. The couple were on stage with their families, lovingly greeting their guests.

We absolutely cannot wait for the third and final reception, where all of the stars of the industry will descend to wish DeepVeer! It is going to be one hell of an event and the pics and videos will break the internet over and over!
