It’s been a big day for Indians all across the globe as we have managed to win not one but two Oscar awards! ‘RRR’ and ‘The Elephant Whisperers’ won big at the 95th Academy Awards. But alongside those wins, Deepika Padukone was also at the Oscars where she was one of the presenters.

She gracefully walked on stage wearing a black ballgown by Louis Vuitton and a stunning neckpiece by Cartier. She gave a ‘banger’ of an introduction for the ‘Naatu Naatu’ live performance and swept many hearts away with her speech that attracted much applause and cheers.

Her Oscars appearance was so elegant that even Kangana Ranaut praised her on Twitter!
“How beautiful @deepikapadukone looks, not easy to stand there holding entire nation together, carrying its image, reputation on those delicate shoulders and speaking so graciously and confidently. Deepika stands tall as a testimony to the fact that Indian women are the best,” she tweeted.

In case you do not know, in the past, Kangana Ranaut had taken several direct and insensitive jibes against Deepika. From mocking her mental health initiative to alleging drug abuse, she has been downright nasty towards her.
